We are not a nursing home, assisted living facility, group home, or medical provider. We don't provide healthcare, home care, personal care assistance, medication administration, or transportation. Residents are expected to live and care for themselves independently, in a clean, stable, and respectful community.

Residents are expected to care for themselves independently — bathing, dressing, preparing simple meals, and managing their own medications and decisions.

What is Carmotuh Solutions?
Carmotuh Solutions provides safe and affordable independent living housing for adults who are capable of managing their own daily lives.
Is this assisted living?
No. We provide housing only. Residents live independently and are responsible for their own daily care.
Do you provide home care, caregivers, or nursing?
No. We are not a home care agency, and we do not provide caregivers, nursing services, or medication administration. Residents must be able to care for themselves independently.
Can my spouse or children live with me?
No. Our homes are designed for individual adult residents. Spouses, partners, and children cannot reside in the home together with an applicant.
What is included in housing?
Depending on availability, housing includes a private or shared bedroom, a safe environment, shared common areas, kitchen access, and laundry access where available. Our team will confirm exact amenities during your application or tour.
How do I apply?
Complete our Client Intake Application, or a professional can submit a referral on your behalf. Every application is reviewed for fit, and our team will follow up to discuss next steps — approval, availability, and pricing are never guaranteed until confirmed.
